Medical & Dental Services
Caring Health Center provides primary and preventive health care as well as dental care for children and adults. Our medical team is staffed with dedicated, caring, skilled physicians and nurses who are committed to providing clinical excellence and best practices in the delivery of health care services. We take pride in being the only community health center in the City of Springfield and provide treatment to over 15,000 patients annually.
