PROGRAM DIRECTOR Caring Health Center is seeking a Fulltime Program Director for the Talleres Julia de Burgos program (an HIV/AIDS prevention program.)
Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree (will substitute 3-5 years experience for degree)

 One to two years supervisory experience.

 Demonstrated fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities:

 Manage budget and write programmatic reports for DPH, including monthly service delivery reports.

 Supervise staff and support their professional development.

 Develop materials and organizational plans for the program.
