Caring Health Center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C.254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).
Treatment is given under the care of a specialized team with a doctor, a nurse practitioner, a case manager and a registered nurse.
Caring Health Center offers counseling and testing services for patients diagnosed with diabetes, asthma, Hepatitis C, or infectious conditions.
