During COVID-19, Caring Health Center remains OPEN and committed to the principles
of accessible, coordinated, comprehensive and continuous personal health care within
the context of family, culture, and community. No one will be turned away due to inability to pay.

 

To keep everyone healthy and safe, CHC is following the guidelines and recommendations of the Centers
for Disease Control and Prevention, and state and local public health departments.

We ask that patients and visitors call 413-739-1100 to be triaged before entering Caring Health Center. Click here for details.

 

If an in-person visit is required, patients should come to appointments alone or be accompanied by just
one other person. Once approved for entry, patients will undergo a temperature screening.

 

Any patient or visitor experiencing symptoms of fever, cough, vomiting, and/or shortness of breath
should call 413-739-1100 before visiting Caring Health Center. To help us achieve social distancing as
recommended by the CDC, we ask that patients please limit the number of non-patient visitors that
they bring with them to one.

 

Patients seeking in-person care will need to have their symptoms assessed over the phone to best determine if an in-person, phone, or video visit is required.
