Our Health Connector Navigators can help you find an affordable plan that fits your needs. And if you’ve lost your health coverage, they can help with that, too. Help is free, confidential, and we speak your language.

 

Individuals & Families

The Massachusetts Health Connector offers health and dental coverage from the state’s leading insurers — and provides tools that make it easier to find out what cost savings you and your family may be eligible for.

 

Small Businesses

The Business Express program is a fast and easy way for employers with 50 or fewer employees to offer health and dental benefits from the state’s leading insurers to full-time employees.

 

Our Team

The Health Connector Navigators at Caring Health Center are trained and certified by the Massachusetts Health Connector. We assist individuals, families, and small businesses with finding affordable health insurance through the Massachusetts Health Connector, ConnectorCare, MassHealth, and Health Safety Net.

 

We can help you understand your coverage options — including eligibility, applications, policies, subsidies, and tax credits. We also conduct outreach throughout Western Massachusetts, including local events, farmers’ markets, health clinics, schools, and more.
